- August 3rd - Writing Search Warrants $75
4 hour course. Held REMOTELY. This course will help new and veteran investigators obtain evidence and testimony that will be admissible in court.
- August 10 - Working With Informants $75
4 hour course. Held REMOTELY. Working with informants is a program designed to help your officers identify the places we can find confidential sources, how to vette them, determine reliability and credibility, and how to set up rules for safely and effectively use informants to further criminal investigation of all kinds. A confidential informant is an important tool in the fight against crime, this program will teach you how to do it best.
- August 11 - Creating and Developing an Employee Development Plan $99
4 hour course. Held REMOTELY. Saving the struggling employee and challenging the high-performer. A plan implemented by supervisory team to offer the failing officer opportunity to become a positive asset to the agency ensuring that the full value of an employee’s work is seen on a daily basis. This program also helps supervisors find effective ways to challenge the high-performing officers without performance punishing and creating poor morale in the agency.
- August 17 - Planning an Active Shooter Drill $125
6 hour course. Held REMOTELY. A program to help any law enforcement agency identify the best practices needed to conduct active shooter drills. These drills provide value for the police and for the places they are sworn to protect; our schools, businesses and religious facilities. The program provides a road map for developing a drill that challenges your team to respond as quickly, safely, and effectively as possible to a potentially deadly event
- August 18 - Interviewing Juveniles $75
4 hour course. Held REMOTELY. Proper handling of incidents involving juveniles is essential. Whether involved as suspects, victims or witnesses, these cases represent a special set of issues and proper police response is critical.
