Important Information Regarding Kaseya

To Our Valued Customers,

Kaseya, IPVideo Corporation’s supplier of remote monitoring and management software has unfortunately been the victim of a sophisticated cyberattack. Due to Kaseya’s  fast response, they were able to localize the attack to a very small number of on-premises customers  only.   The good news is that IPVideo customers, including your account, have NOT been affected by this attack.

Although the Kaseya SaaS servers, which IPVideo uses, were not part of the cyber-attack, Kaseya has taken all services offline until this incident has been fully corrected and resolved.  Kaseya is working around the clock to resolve this issue from a security assessment, client support, progress update, technical resolution, and return to operational status standpoint.
