David Antar, President

Mr. Antar is an entrepreneur with over 30 years in the security industry. A visionary leader and member of the Long Island science and technology community, he was inducted into the Long Island Hall of Fame in 2016. Over the last 20 years Mr. Antar has operated a number of successful high-tech companies, all of which have grown into national and, in some cases, international providers of security, IT and audio visual solutions. He is particularly gifted at recognizing the opportunity in strategic alliances within the tech industry, and the synergies that integrated solutions can bring to the marketplace.

Prior to founding IPVideo, Mr. Antar ran one of the largest transportation companies in New York City. During his 12-year tenure, the company grew to over 25 million in sales, employing hundreds of employees. Mr. Antar is a native of New York.

 

Jack Plunkett, Chief Technology Officer

With over 18 years' experience in the network video market, Mr. Plunkett has been developing video management solutions since the advent of the first IP-addressable camera. Mr. Plunkett has a strong reputation in the surveillance industry and is frequently sought out for his technical opinions by the manufacturer and distributor communities. He is the author of many trade articles and white papers and often speaks at trade shows and seminars about the benefits of IP surveillance technology. Prior to entering the video surveillance market, Mr. Plunkett was website design and SEO consultant for Fortune 500 companies.

 

 

Paul Galburt, Vice President, Advanced Development

Mr. Galburt is responsible for IPVideo Corporation’s product research and software development, programming team leadership, special projects engineering and customer liaison. From 1992-2005, he was President and majority owner of G2 Ideas, Inc., where he manufactured PicMix surround sound monitoring equipment for Otari Corporation (“Otari”), was principal software and technology consultant to Ultra-Tech Enterprises, Inc., developed PicMix products and digital animation concepts and products, and provided general software and systems consulting services for emerging technology businesses. Previously, he served as General Manager of Console Product Division of Otari and was employed in various project engineering positions in the commercial and aerospace industries. Paul received undergraduate and graduate degrees in electrical and mechanical engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn and CW Post. He holds numerous patents.

 
Frank Jacovino, Director, Strategic Product Development

Mr. Jacovino is a strategic leader with more than 15 years executive experience in elevating the profitability, visibility and performance of high technology content products in the security, defense, electronics, automotive and semiconductor equipment industries. He is responsible for driving full lifecycle design and development of software and hardware. Frank holds a Master of Science, Computer Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering, from Polytechnic University in Manhattan.
 
Stephan Grillo, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Grillo directs all functions related to IPVideo Corporation's finances, administration, business strategies, acquisitions, negotiations, risk management and affiliate business relationships. During the last 25 years, He has held senior finance positions with leading Long Island service and manufacturing organizations, most recently serving as CFO of Blackman Plumbing, Inc. Steve currently serves as an advisory board member with LI2Day, a 501(c) charitable organization and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New York State Society of CPAs and has a lifetime membership with the American Association of Individual Investors.  He holds B.A. degrees in Accounting and Financial Planning, from Long Island's CW Post College and Denver's College for Financial Planning, and has given back to the community by teaching accounting and finance to business students at SUNY Farmingdale.

Steve Rice, Director of Business Development

Mr. Rice brings more than 30 years experience in the IT industry to his role at IPVideo, where he has responsibility for developing global sales channels and business development strategies for the Company. Prior to joining IPVideo, Steve was Director of OEM and International Sales Channel Development at ISONAS, a manufacturer of pure IP access control solutions and one of IPVideo's closest strategic partners. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder.
